The characteristics of forged steel balls are as follows:
(1) Smooth surface: produced by forging process, the surface has no defects, no deformation, no out of roundness, maintaining the excellent grinding effect.
(2) Internal compactness: due to the forging of round steel, the defects caused by the casting process are avoided. The internal density is large and the fine particle size is high. The anti dropping property and impact toughness of the ball are enhanced, and the crushing rate of the ball is reduced.
(3) Both dry and wet grinding: due to the use of high-quality alloy steel and new high-efficiency anti-wear materials independently developed by our company, reasonable proportion of alloy elements and addition of rare elements, and control of chromium content, the corrosion resistance of the steel ball is greatly improved. In view of the wet grinding situation in mines, this steel ball is more suitable for its working conditions.
